I have had that feeling all along though I still haven't had the nerve to jump out of a plane or even fly commercially for that matter.

TB,
I know what you mean. I think I am having withdrawal. Can't wait for winter meetings and then spring training. Torii Hunter was your Ichero for the Twins. A real long term class act in baseball and an Arkansas boy.

Peter,
It kind of surprised me also and saw things I kind of keep to myself. Hope you and Laura are still doing well.

Dee,
So good to hear from you. I thought you had forsaken us for your publisher. Wonderful to hear from you again.
So far so good as your Royals are right in it with a 1-1 series. You have one of my all time favorite former Marlins on your team--Omar Infante. I was furious when they traded him.

Patty,
I'd say it was really good for you are such a nice person. The test didn't lie.
Arkansas Pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14156004753267665579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1509736677359366469.post-13872364950480668462015-10-09T09:52:05.506-05:002015-10-09T09:52:05.506-05:00Mine came out:

What the Royals did last October got me back into loving baseball. I'd been an avid fan all my life until the strike in the late 1990s. At that time the greed of one and all stunned me and I gave up on baseball. But last October brought me back. I even went to watch the Royals play this year and the team treated me to a win that night.

I wasn't aware of the Marlins and that 8th ending pitcher. But I am so glad to learn that your manager is a generous person who gave a player his heartwish.

As to the Myers Briggs, I took the inventory way back in 1983 and it helped me resign from my job and become a freelancer. It was clear that while I could be a "manager" where I worked, I just wasn't enjoying it and never would. At that time I was clearly an INFP. I'll do the inventory now and see if that's changed. If so, I'll leave another comment. Peace.Deehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00612299013780771262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1509736677359366469.post-25162675346658017992015-10-07T22:40:17.451-05:002015-10-07T22:40:17.451-05:00I have just taken the personality test.. twice (I ...I have just taken the personality test.. twice (I think that display of caution is diagnostic!) Here are my results. Very interesting.

ENFJ
Extraverted iNtuitive Feeling Judging
by Joe Butt

ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. But it's usually not meant as manipulation -- ENFJs generally believe in their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are.

ENFJs are global learners. They see the big picture. The ENFJs focus is expansive. Some can juggle an amazing number of responsibilities or projects simultaneously. Many ENFJs have tremendous entrepreneurial ability.

ENFJs are, by definition, Js, with whom we associate organization and decisiveness. But they don't resemble the SJs or even the NTJs in organization of the environment nor occasional recalcitrance. ENFJs are organized in the arena of interpersonal affairs. Their offices may or may not be cluttered, but their conclusions (reached through feelings) about people and motives are drawn much more quickly and are more resilient than those of their NFP counterparts.

ENFJs know and appreciate people. Like most NFs, (and Feelers in general), they are apt to neglect themselves and their own needs for the needs of others. They have thinner psychological boundaries than most, and are at risk for being hurt or even abused by less sensitive people. ENFJs often take on more of the burdens of others than they can bear.
